SHIPPING

 Our shipping and handling times are the following according to the different zones:

- if you choose to proceed with pick up from Store: Free

- UK & Northern Ireland, (excluding the Channel Islands): About 5 working days.**

- Channel Islands: about 5 working days **

- European Union: up to 7 working days.

- US and Canada: up to 10 working days.

All deliveries are send using a third party courier we would try to identify the best option for each Country. The delivery will require a signature.

Please consider that during December and Sale periods the deliveries could take some additional days.

IMPORTANT - Local government tax and duties incurred when shipping into the EU are non refundable and will be deducted from any refunds. This means you will not be refunded the total amount you paid for each item. All charges are available to view and will be sent on request.

 

DELIVERY

The delivery is considered complete when the item is given to the Customer by the courier and the recipient signs for the item to confirm receipt. It is up to the recipient to verify the items upon receipt and express any errors or complaints that can be justified. If, when delivery is taken, the Customer visibly and clearly, without needing to tamper with the delivery packaging or that of the item, detects that an item is faulty due to damage inflicted during shipping, or they detect, in the same way, that the goods received are wrong, they must indicate this on the delivery note, and notify T.BA LIFE by email to shop@tbalife.com with in the 24 hours of receipt of the order to request the return of the affected item or items and, with it, replacement for a new item.

T.BA LIFE will examine it and inform the customer as to whether they are entitled to a replacement. Returns of products that are not in the same condition as that in which they were received, or that have been used beyond the mere opening of the product, will not be permitted. The item will be replaced as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days as of the date on which we send an email confirming that replacement of the non-compliant product has been admitted.

 

 RETURNS EXCHANGES & refunds

(within 30 days of receipt of the order)

In-store: You can obtain an exchange at our store 54 South Molton St - W1K 5SG London, by presenting the order confirmation email printout or in electronic format.

By post / courier: Please contact us eshop@tbalife.com to confirm to you address to return the item(s). They should be return in its original packaging. Please remember that the cost of returns is borne by the customer.

Att.ONLINE EXCHANGES

Refunds / Vouchers: In any online order the customer can cancel the order up to 30 days after the order is delivered. The customer can ask either for a voucher to exchange in any future purchase at our London stores or for a refund. The refund will be reimbursed through the same payment method used in the initial purchase, you should contact your bank or credit card provider in case you need to know how long it will take the refund be in your account.

RETURNS

Indicate your full name and the order number inside the package. Send us an email to eshop@tbalife.com indicating the courier used, the reason for the exchange and tracking number.

The exchanges / refunds, policy may be applied provided the item is not damaged or soiled, the product is unused and the returned items retain their original tags.
